On Tuesday 20th November, Reception, walked up to Pre-School, having to follow the road safety rules. We had to think and look really hard for a safe place to cross the road because they were lots of parked cars!
Once up at Pre School, we met a road safety officer who recapped the rules, check out the big glasses for looking, big ears for listening and the different vehicles we may see on the road. We also met Spike the Hedgehog. Afterwards we practiced crossing the road safely, making sure we Stop, Think, Look, Listen, Wait, look and listen again, hold hands and cross the road, keep looking and listening.
